股関節が痛いというお客様…。
よくよく聞いてみると股関節というより、足の付け根(鼡径部)の辺りの痛みとか違和感を訴えている場合が多いんですね。

足の付け根(いわゆるコマネチライン)が足を動かしたりすると痛むのではないでしょうか?
股関節というのは、どちらかというとお尻の横に位置しています。
足の骨はお尻の横からはえている?んですね。
イラストの赤丸の部分が「股関節」です。股間?にある関節ではありません。
多くの方は、この股関節ではなく、足の付け根に痛みや違和感を訴えているようです。
こちらはリンパ系を描いたものですけど、赤丸の部分が「鼡径部」といわれるエリアです。
色々な要因があって痛みが出るのですが、筋肉系のお疲れからでしたら比較的簡単に楽になりますよ。
