今回もChristopher.Rのお客様から…。
サロンから目白駅の中間位に位置する下落合3丁目にお住まいの専業主婦の方でした。
首やら肩が凄く凝っているというお話。
何やら頭痛も併発しているとのこと…。
肩こり、首こりで頭痛もするという事は、経験的に少し重い状態かと思います。
シンセティックボディケア(ボディリフレクソロジー)の60分コースを受けていただきました。
施術させていただく中で、ちょっといつものお客様と違う感じが伝わってきます…。
そう、ご自身が思っているほど、首も肩も凝っていないんです。
こういう場合は…。と思いつつ…。
とりあえず差しさわりの無いお話をしておりました…。
で、施術が進み、後10分ほどすると…。
「実は母の介護をするようになってしまったんです。」
やっぱり!
この首や肩のコリって結局精神的なストレスからも来ていたと推測しました。
どうやら夜もあまり寝られていないらしい…。
それじゃ日々の介護による疲労も回復しずらいというものです。
人間と言うのは複雑なもので、メンタルとフィジカルが密接に関係しているんですね。
こういうお客様に、肩こりだからって、身体を捻ったり、首を捻ったり…。
必要以上に強い圧をいれることは、やってはならないことだと思います。
お客様というのは、最初は自分に関してのお話はほとんどなさらないもの。
もちろん、こちらも根掘り葉掘り聞くようなこともしませんが…。
硬くなった筋肉が緩み、会話によって心も緩み…。
そうするとお客様の多くが…。
「実は…」と日常を話だすことが多いんです。
「筋肉や関節」それだけじゃないってこと。
特に治療院の先生たちもこの辺のことをもっと重要視して欲しいと思います。
「癒し」とか「リラクゼーション」の重要性ってよく理解しておいてほしい。
少なくともChristopher.Rは、そのうえで、筋肉や筋膜、関節にアプローチしています。
